Introduction to Computers.
This course covers the basic
nomenclature of computers: Introduction to WEB
Artistry. This course teaches the basics of
HTML and the use of WEB Page creation tools. The graduate of this course will
be able to create and maintain a static WEB page. That is; a page which does
not require interaction with the user. Introduction to Video
Editing. This course teaches the basics of
video cameras and editing to create a video presentation on videotape, CD or
the WEB. Computer Programming. The student will be taught the
basics of computer programming and how to get a problem solved using a
language of his choice. On completion, he will know that he can self-study any
computer programming language. He will know how to choose the correct language
for a particular problem. Computer Selection and Maintence
from a professional viewpoint. This course covers the Introduction
to Computers data but from the viewpoint of managing a Computer Network in an
organization. On completion the student will be able to pass the A+
Professional Exam and get someone else through it as well. He will know that
he can successfully self-study for any Computer Professional Exam. He will be
able to create a computer network in an organization and select and train the
personnel to maintain it. He will have the skills required to present his
ideas to upper management and get agreement for his plans.
