Wow, this recording is solid (gold). While the Toronot (06.16.01) recording is slightly better than this, Montreal is still light years ahead of other Exciter Tour recordings. Montreal has bass, treble, audience participation (but not the irritable kind), excitement by Dave and Martin (because Andy doesn't count), and the songs are played to perfection! "I Feel Loved," "It's No Good,"  "Enjoy The Silence" and "Black Celebration" thunder into your eardrums...relentlessly yet pleasantly.
