This is the infamous tear-bomb concert. If you own the original, or a facsimile of the original cover, you would see several German newspaper articles on the “tear-bomb concert” alongside a mug shot of Martin. As the sounds makes readily known, the master source for this concert is tape, or analogue based and as such is only decent. After “Somebody,” a loud “Martin Gore” chant begins, with the occasional fan screaming “Dave.” Also, there is an abrupt shift into both “Blasphemous Rumours” and “Master and Servant”; similarly, the sound construction of “Photographic” resembles what “Photographic” sounds like during the Black Celebration tour, than it does the Some Great Reward Tour. And of course, there is Dave’s rather hyper warning to the crowd, after the “See You,” that the concert has been tear-bombed, and that they (the audience) better get the hell out of there, “whoo!”
