Story

Android 17 is the cyborg brother of Android 18 created by Dr. Gero.Android 17 is menacing and betrays and kills Dr. Gero.At the end, he is absorbed by Cell.However,he returns as one of the good guys at the end of the "Majin Boo Series". In Dragonball GT however,he fuses with another Artificial Android 17 from hell created by both Dr.Gero and Dr.Myu to become Super Android 17 in his effort to destroy Son Gokou.
