The Library
A Whole New World!

At Vernon Secondary, our library is a whole new adventure. In here, you can explore almost all of your "wildest" dreams through the words on paper covered by decorated pieces of cardboard, and sometimes listen to a variety of music depending on Mr. Armstrong's mood that day. How much more exciting can a library be?

Our main Librarian is Mr. Armstrong, a generous and good-looking young man. He can make all your dreams of finding the right book come true. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Any students enrolled at V.S.S. are allowed to borrow books and have the privilege of using the library. But if library rules are not followed accordingly these privileges may be taken away.

The facility is clean and spacious. There are many tables and chairs allowing up to 100 students to be seated at one time. There are books and magazines in a variety of selections so just about every interest is covered. The library has 13 computers, nine of which you can access the Internet. In order to access the Internet you must learn the rules, pass a rules test and pay a $5 activity fee.
