You can win this award - it's simple!

The Crystal Wings Award of Excellence can be presented to any website with a Sailor Moon theme or section about Sailor Moon. The award is presented with 1-5 stars (see bottom corner on the sample), depending on the quality of your website. Because of my award scheme, it does not matter about the size of your website, or if it is your first attempt. I am looking for imagination and effort in your work. If you think your website is worth people visiting, then chances are I will too, and so your site will score well. To determine how many stars to award, I will give your site a mark out of 10. You can recieve up to 3 marks for each of the following criteria: layout, content and individuality, plus 1 mark for accuracy and spelling.

2 or less marks = sorry, no award | 3 marks = 1 star | 4-5 marks = 2 stars | 6-7 marks = 3 stars | 8-9 marks = 4 stars | 10 marks = 5 stars
