The difference between runs 1 and 3 were that I tightened the sc'r belt a little, nothing else.  I don't know how to explain the difference between runs 3 and 4 (for runs 4-9 I had heavy-ass snow tires, does this make a big difference?).  The difference between runs 4 and 9 were tweaking the a/f and lowering v-tec point.  Between runs 4 and 9, vtec point was lowered to 5100, and fuel was added down low and decreased up high in 1-3% increments.  Much more tuning is in order, primarily more leaning out the top end.  Lowering the vtec point seems to have removed the dip around 5700 rpm.
