Let's see. It was on 10/1/4. It was in the first semester of eleventh grade. This was the first time I had been to SPANKY'S since eighth grade. You see, my parents are afraid of SPANKY'S now because it's become a lot more dangerous over the years than it used to be. So I had to tell my parents that I was spending the night at Brian's. Brian's dad dropped me and him off at City Place and we walked to SPANKY'S. We get there and guess who is standing in line.... all the members of tomorrow holds forever. So we hung out with them. Then we ran into Dimitry and Clar. Then we ran into David Golding.... haha. So when we entered this was one strange blast from the past. Every thing looked the same. Seriously, they still had all the same old nasty leather couches from like a century ago. So we went into the open area in the back and guess who I run into.... my old best friend from middle school, Bobby DeCastro. His fat ass gave me a gigantic hug. He was wearing a pink polo shirt, so it looked really funny. Then I ran into Ben, Michael, and Eric Geamarco from middle school and I was like holy shit. So HEARTS OVER ROME got on and they weren't doing so well this time because their bass was up way too high. It sounded like a distortion effect. I payed more attention to them this time than I did last time. I still think they should have left their name as So i say goodbye. UNTIL THE END cancelled because SPANKY'S is supposedly getting weird about their shows. Next was the reason I came for..... BTBAM. They got on and tore that shit up! The place was crowded and then this huge circle just expanded in the middle of the crowd and became one huge moshpit. Familiar faces in the pit included Danny Ryan, John from tastemylaser, the guy in the wheel chair that was moshing at the MARY METAL XMAS show, a guy in a Jason mask, and a whole bunch of other people. They were all doing the hard core style moshing. It was funny because me and Mike Wonderlik (from tomorrow holds forever, if I failed to mention that) were cheering Danny on as if he was our favorite gladiator in a fight. Everyone in the pit was whooping the shit out of each other and the singer was like "Everyone look out for each other." I ran into Rose after their set. Then CAVE-IN came on and I don't like them so me, Brian, Bobby, and the guys from THF (Monty, Mike, Chudi, Doug, & that other guy with the afro) went inside and played pool. I had a nice long chat with Bobby since it's been so fucking long since I've seen him. When CONVERGE came on we came out to see them and HOLY FUCKING SHIT. Dude, everyone in the moshpit started whooping the shit out of each other. There must of been more than twenty-five people in that pit. They played a whole bunch of songs followed by YOU FAIL ME. Then they olayed TOWING JEHOVAH. After that song the singer was like "We have a basketball hoop over here and we have not seen a slam dunk all fucking night. Someone do it for us. Oh come look at this tall white guy. He's not gonna do it. He's too scarred." Then the tall white guy in the audience moved his hands apart and the crowd moved out of the way for him and he jumped up and grabbed the rim. The last two songs they played were old ones. When they played the next to last song, people seriously jumped on stage and started moshing up there and then stage dived into the crowd. At the end of the last song the singer threw the mic over one of the rails on top of the stage and everyone piled up on the stage and started singing and then some color blind jumped off the top of the stage and landed in the middle of the crowd.In case I failed to mention, color blinds are a gang just like Skinheads, FUFUs, Chaos Crew, etc. Then me, Brian, Monty, and Chudi got in Monty's girlfriend's car and she drove us to IHOP. We met up with Danny, Rose, Meaka, and two other kids. We had dinner and I kept creeping out Rose by making these sexual comments. Then Brian's step dad took me and him home.
