Sub Pop Records SP 555
Recorded by Scott Colburn, Jack Endino, Martin Feveyear, Julian Martlew and Johnny Sangster (check songs for individual credits).
Since We've Become Translucent was recorded during four different sessions with four different engineers. The idea for recording the new album this way was Steve's because since the mid 90's when Mudhoney were being asked constantly to contribute songs for compilations, he felt that it was a good way to record a couple of songs at different times so the songs didn't sound like they were recorded under presure, and also they will sound fresh and every studio and engineer will gave them each a different sound.
It's also the first record made without Matt, and it's the first made with Guy Maddison playing bass. The title was taken from a line in Sonic Infusion.
