Here are all the Abilities and locations in Milky Way Wishes! Happy?
 
 
 
 

Beam- In Aqualiss in the area with the currents, go in this path:
Left----Down
             |                               Beam
             |                                  |
             Right---Down|           UP
                                  | Right>>|

Fighter- In Floria after you got ice, change the season to autumn so you can advance to this area with a door above a lake. Make it winter and use the ice ability to reach the secret door.

Ice- In Floria, go into the first season door until you wind up in winter. Take the left path to find Ice.

Fire- in Hotbeat, get fired from the cannon and exhale on the bomb you passed. Continue on to find an Invincible Candy! go back to the column of fire and... fly up it!

Cutter- To find cutter, go past the waterfall in Gloria in winter. take the second door, then enter it again. Go left to find a door inside the stump.

Mirror- On the cursed Halfmoon, go to the area where the mine carts are. when you find a star block, go down and destroy it with ice. inside the mid-air door is the Mirror!

Yoyo- The Mecheye Space Industry Building serves up many suprises, but the biggest comes in form of the gigantic wind tunnel. Run against the wind and enter the door.

Stone- In Cavios after you beat Bugzzy, Go up to the bomb in the next room and release the water. Fly up and hit the switch. return to the area you were at and the door that was originally closed up is now open!

Suplex- Equip Beam and go to Hotbeat. In the part with the Mine Carts, ride them to the part with the cracked blocks. Clear them away with beam or Yoyo (later in the game). Beat Bugzzy and you got suplex!

Copy- near Planet Cavios you will see a large star. It is actually an asteroid full of TACs. Follow the path!

Hammer- In the first part of Cavios, you will have a battle with Bonkers near the strange Button that only Hammers can press. Beat him to at long last get a hammer!

Bomb- During the first part of Cavios, there will be lots of Miniboss battles. One is a Poppy Bro. Beat him and get the bomb!

Plasma- In Mecheye, find plasma by beating Grinder in the Miniboss Tower. EASY.

Ninja- Use the mirror on the bomb to reach the door in the final area of Halfmoon.

Wheel- Once you have Jet, go to Skyhigh and zip across the fuse. Bungle all the way to the cannon and jump in before the fuse reaches it.

Jet- In Skyhigh where the winds blow, Use the parasl to destroy the star block and go up then. You will find jet!

Parasol- In Aqualiss, go to the area with the three bombs. use fighter to open the middle one, and take it to another bomb. Jump over the next island and hit the bomb. the Palmtree will explode, leaving a path to the Parasol!

Sword- In Aqualiss where the water borders the three platforms, take the one with the door and follow the path. Beat Karate Guy at the end for the sword.

Wing- This one's in Skyhigh. In the part with the 3 paths, go in this order: Right, Center, left, and Center to find wing.
