WAITING FOR MY GLUE
They all tried to pretend
That they didnt see
But they saw it all
Right inside of me
The pain and anguish
Of my disconsolate life
They way I could no longer
Deal with any of the strife
They watched me fall apart
And crumble to the ground
Where my shatered pieces
Can still be found
But no one even bothered
To sweep up the shards
They just stepped around them
Without paying me any regards
So I lay there waiting, still
For someone to pass by
Who will put me back together
Instead of leaving my lye
