| Indeed! On February 21, 2004 Nathan Taylor and Jeff Hänni decided everyone should have the chance to dress up for an event. There really was no such event so we made this one up. We encourage creativity in selecting or devising an outfit and character, but there's always the comic books and Cosplay to fall back on. |

| International Superhero Day is drawing near! May 27, 2007 (getting close, folks!). Dress up like a super hero, heroine, sidekick, supervillain, henchman, or minion THEN: Go out to a restaurant in a group of other heros and villains, et cetera, or out to a bar. Make it a travelling themed costume party or public performance art. Get on the news, be seen. And tell us what you did for International Superhero Day! ;) it's gonna be sooooo cool. OH! and everyone please post and promote this as much as you can on your own MySpace, or friendster or in messageboard signatures and such. It could be big. and it will most definately be fun. |
| and just to stick it to those annoying people who forward you billion times forwarded mail - send something promoting International Super Hero Day in a 'reply to all'. We're bound to get some participation that way. Then if that works, maybe we can actually save the world by promoting something socially worthwhile next time. cool eh?
