This page is cool.html but it really isn't that cool. This page was made so you could see what a page will do in a set of frames. The frame is called "contents," and you can see that it is a column defined as 20% of the page.

You know that a page can contain and a whole bunch of information. You can stick these in frames as well. You can even make links in a frame, although right now you can only make the link open up a new page in the same frame.

There is still much to learn.
