One truth is that minorities always have a reason to complain:
a) sometimes because of bigotry: "I didn't get the job because I am a minority."
b) sometimes because of tokenism: "They gave me the job just because I am a minority".

Another truth is that reactionary bigots and the multiculturally challenged are also people with rights -- another minority . . .

I am an anti discrimination freak and there is not much we can do about it . . .
