Sisterhood of Isis
The priestesses that serve as initiators and guides to the young women are hand picked from the most wise of the Guild. Each year, at the time of the harvest planting, the women who choose to undertake the process of Initiation are brought to the Gates by their kin and those close to them.
This timely arrive at the Gates is in tune with the great Rebirth of the Earth itself, and so the young girls in time with Mother Earth partake in the growing evolution that makes them whole.
The Feast of Samhain is when the Initiation takes place, where the final test of the year is undertaken by those apprentices that deem themselves worthy to become a Chosen of the Goddess.
During the Feast of Midwinter, the young apprentices are formally anointed as Priestess and enter into the Sisterhood that they have been adopted by.
