The following are several imporant events that take place in the anime.

Ep. 128: Unmei no deai! Pegasus no mau yoru

• After an eclipse, a mysterious circus arrives to the city.
• pegasus appears, new enemies are introduced (Dead Moon), Zirconia and the Amazon Trio are named
• The Trio's duty is to find the Pegasus, who is hidden in someone's beautiful dream; to find him they must look inside the people's dream mirror.
• Lemures appear for the first time.
• Sailormoon and Chibimoon get temporary new transformations; Sailormoon has a new unnamed attack.

Ep. 130: Mamore Haha no Yume! W Moon no Shin Hissatsu Waza

• Pegasus gives Sailormoon and Chibimoon new brooches (Crisis Moon Compact), along with the Moon Kaleid Scope (for Sailormoon) and Crystal Carillon (for Chibimoon).
• "Twinkle Yell" and "Moon Gorgeous Meditation" are used for the first time.

Special Episode

• First and only time Haruka and Michiru appear on SuperS.

Ep. 133: Artemis no Uwaki? Nazo no Koneko Toujou

• Diana appears for the very first time in the series.

Ep. 135: Fureau kokoro! Chibi Usa to Pegasus

• Pegasus gives Chibiusa the Stallion Reeve to communicate with him at any time.

Ep 136: Mamoru wo mamore! Ninja Usagi no Yakimochi

• Rei is attacked by Tiger'sEye

Ep. 141: Koi no Arashi! Minako no Futamata Daisakusen

• Minako is attacked by Tiger'sEye and Hawk'sEye

Ep. 143: Pegasus wo Shinjiru Toki! 4 Senshi no Super Henshin

• Pegasus gives Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus the Crystal Henshin Sticks to transform into Super Senshi.

Ep. 144: Kirameku Natsu no Hi! Shiokaze no Shôjo Ami

• Ami is attacked by Tiger's Eye

Ep. 147: Ummei no Partner? Makoto no Junjou

• Mako is attacked by Tiger'sEye

Ep. 148: The Big, Evil Shadow! The Trio Backed Up Against The Wall

• Queen Neherenia appears for the first time, the Trio learns that they are actually animals, and get an ultimatum to find the Pegasus, or else they'll return to their original appereance
• Mamoru is attacked by FishEye

Ep. 149: Yume no Kagami! Amazon Saigo no Stage

• FishEye understands that Usagi is Sailormoon.
• FishEye finds Chibiusa talking to Pegasus and kidnaps her.
• FishEye says that he has already seen the Pegasus, and that they shouldn't attack beautiful dreams anymore. Zirconia uses Zircon (who followed him into Usagi's house) to know who FishEye is talking about. Zircon shows a picture of Usagi.
• 4 shadows show up (girls) and send a Lemure to end the Trio.
• Usagi is attacked by Hawk'sEye, the Lemure sent by the Dead Moon appears and looks at Usagi's dream mirror, then attacks Hawk'sEye, who collapses and dies. Usagi's dream mirror is broken.
• FishEye and Hawk'sEye understand that Sailormoon is the only one who can defeat the Lemure and use and energy ball given to them by Zirconia to reconstruct her dream mirror
• FishEye releases Chibiusa, Sailormoon and Chibimoon destroy the Lemure
• FishEye and Tiger's Eye collapse and die, the Trio turns back into animals.
• Pegasus resurrects them and make them be real humans, then he takes them with him into some sort of forest, his kingdom.

Ep. 150: Amazoness! Kagami no Urakara Kita Akumu

• The Amazoness Quartet appears, PallaPalla, CereCere, VesVes and JunJun are introduced.
• The Quartet's mission gets easier, as they are told that the mirror Pegasus lives in, is golden.
• The Dead Moon Circus opens.

Ep. 151: Shin no Power Bakuhatsu! Ami Kokoro no Shirabe

• Ami finds herself with her alter ego, who helps her to explode her energy, and create a new attack. "Mercury Crystal Power Make Up!" and "Mercury Aqua Rhapsody" are used for the very fisrt time.

Ep. 152: Honoo no Jounetsu! Mars Ikari no Chou Hissatsuwaza

• "Mars Crystal Power Make Up!" and "Mars Flame Sniper" are initially called out in this episode.

Ep. 154: Yume Taiketsu! Minako to Makoto Zekkou Sengen

• Minako and Makoto manage to create a new attack "Venus Love and Beauty Shock" and "Jupiter Oak Evolution" are used for the first time. "Venus Crystal Power Make Up!" and "Jupiter Crystal Power Make Up!" are called out for the first time also.

Ep. 158: Pegasus no Himitsu! Yume Sekai wo mamoru Bishônen

• Pegasus explains that Elysium, the world of dreams (the place he used to live in) was attacked by the Dead Moon, he was captured but his spirit scaped with the Golden Crystal thanks to Chibiusas beautiful dream.
• He reveals his real human form, as Helios and kisses Chibiusa.

Ep. 161: Ugoki Dashita Kyoufu! Yami no Joou no Mashu

• Neherenia starts to fill up the city with spider threads, darkness starts to cover up the sky.
• Identities are revealed between the Sailor Senshi and the Amazoness Quartet

Ep. 162: Yami no Shingenchi Dead Moon Circus

• Pegasus talks to the Sailor Team, and explains them that Dead Moon can't be defeated by force. He says that the Dead Moon thrives on abandoned dreams, and as long as people give up on their dreams, the Dead Moon will never die.
• Mamoru's seizures begin.
• The group enters the Dead Moon Circus.
• Neherenia realizes that Chibiusa is the owner of the golden mirror.
• Chibimoon is captured by Zirconia.

Ep. 163: Kagami no Meikyu! Toraerareta Chibimoon

• Chibimoon is taken to Neherenia.
• Neherenia tells her story, she was an evil queen on a small and dark planet. She always watched the moon's prosperity and brightness, and was jealous. She wanted the Silver Millenium somehow and learned of the existence of the golden crystal, that could let her rule the moon and all of space. The golden crystal was protected by a boy on Earth, on a place called Elysium.
• She went to Elusion and when she saw the boy, she realized she wanted the boy too. She said that they could use the power together and rule together.
• Queen Sereity sealed Neherenia inside a mirror.
• The Quartet replaces Chibimoon with a doll, to get the Pegasus and play with it.
• Zirconia finds the Quartet, and traps them inside mirrors.

Ep. 164: Golden Crystal Shutsugen! Neherenia no Maryoku

• Helios soul returns to his body
• The Quartet remembers the day they found a mirror, Neherenia thanked them for "waking her up", and gave them their colored balls.
• Zirconia absorbs the Quartet's energy trough the balls. Sailormoon tries to help them, Mercury tells them they must break the balls.
• The Quartet breaks the balls. Freed, they tell Zirconia they won't follow her anymore.
• Neherenia gets ahold of the Golden Crystal (that was in Helios' horn), Helios disappears.
• Chibimoon is put under and eternal sleep spell by Neherenia.
• Neherenia leaves the mirror finally, Zirconia disappears as she does this.
• Several circus tents start to appear on the darkened city, as the sun is almost covered up by  the eclipse.

Ep. 165: Crystal no Kagayaku Toki Utsukushiki Yume no Chikara

• In Mamoru's dream, he meets with Helios in the Golden Kingdom, the place Mamoru used to live in as Prince Endymion.
• Helios is worried because there are no longer beautiful dreams, now that Neherenia has the Golden Crystal, Mamoru explains that beautiful dreams do exist, Helios goes back to the tent to help the Sailor Senshi
• Helios awakens Chibimoon with a kiss
• The Quartet changes the Golden Crystal with a pineapple and give the real crystal to Sailormoon.
• The Crystal is now useless because it is filled up with Nehrenia's dark power
• Chibimoon calls for the people's help, in the city everyone begins to shout "Moon Crisis Power".
• The Crystal begins to react, Moon and Chibimoon use the crystal together, the whole place is covered up with light.

Ep. 166: Yume yo Itsu made mo! Hikari, Ten ni Michite

• Neherenia takes an unconcious Chibimoon with her, Sailormoon wakes up just in time to follow her.
• Remaining pieces of the circus begin to go to the New Moon, Neherenia is going to be sealed away once more.
• Nehrenia has gotten older, she the tells Sailormoon how it all began, one day Neherenia was looking at the mirror and asked what her beautiful future of that dream would be. Then the mirror showed a reflection of Neherenia older as seen now to Super Sailor Moon. It was all scary to her, to avoid loosing her beauty and youth Neherenia ate her servant's mirror dreams. The servants turned into Lemures.
• Nehrenia tries to choke Moon using Zirconia (that comes out of her chest), however, she didn't like the way Super Sailormoon's eyes looked so she tossed Chibimoon over the edge.
• Sailor Moon decides to fall right after her.
• Neherenia enters the mirror, and returns back to her normal appereance, as the entire remains of the room, were all shattered and destroyed. The mirror with Neherenia inside flew up towards the New Moon.
• The eclipse finishes, and Sailormoon uses the strenght of the Ginzuishou to get to Chibimoon, after desperate moments, Chibimoon wakes up, both call Helios using the Golden Crystal.
• Helios saves Usagi and Chibiusa
• Peace returns once more, Elysium and Earth are safe now, so Helios says goodbye.
