The following are several imporant events that take place in the manga.

Act 34: "First Dream: Eclipse"

• The Senshi have now entered high school.
• Chibiusa and Diana decide to go back to the 30th century.
• During an eclipse, a Pegasus asks " the princess' " help, also a mysterious flying boat shows up. Dead Moon arrives to the city.
• Mamoru buys Usagi and Chibiusa kaleidoscopes.
• Chibiusa decides to stay one more night, in her dreams, she finds herself with the Pegasus again, he introduces himself as Helios, and explains that he needs the Golden Crystal. Also gives Chibiusa the Crystal.
• Helios stops Chibiusa (who was going to return to Crystal Tokyo).
• The Lemures show up for the first time.
• Usagi and Chibiusa are unable to transform, using their strenght, they manage to create new brooches the "Crisis Moon Compacts"
• "Moon Crisis Make Up!" is used for the first time, the kaleidoscopes, transform into new weapons the "Kaleid Moon Scopes"; "Moon Gorgeous Meditation" is used  for the first time also.
• The Amazoness Quartet is introduced, and transform a fish, a tiger and a hawk into humans. The Amazon Trio is born.
• Mamoru starts having seizures.

Act 35: "Second Dream: Mercury's Dream"

• At the hospital, Mamoru is told that a shadow has appeared on his lungs.
• Neherenia's voice is first "heard".
• FishEye attacks Ami, spreading Lemures all over her building.
• Guardian Mercury (Ami's alter ego) gives her the power to transform. again, "Mercury Crystal Power Make Up!" is used for the first time, along with her new attack "Mercury Aqua Rhapsody".
• Moon and Chibimoon destroy FishEye.

Act 36: "Third Dream: Mars' Dream"

• Helios reveals his human form.
• It is shown that Neherenia keeps Helios captured.
• The "Dead Moon Circus" opens.
• Rei gets trapped inside the house of mirrors, Tiger'sEye attacks her inside.
• Phobos and Deimos reveal their human forms, and give Rei the ability to transform again.
• "Mars Crystal Power Make Up!" is initially called out, just as "Mars Flame Sniper".
• Tiger'sEye is killed by Mars.

Act 37: "Fourth Dream: Jupiter's Dream"

• Mamoru's illness gets worse and begins to cough black blood
• Mako and Chibiusa meet a nice lady who is part of the circus and owns a herbal store.
• The "woman" turns out to be Hawk'sEye, who attacks Mako
• Guardian Jupiter (Mako's alter ego) helps her to transform again "Jupiter Crystal Power Make Up!" and "Jupiter Oak Evolution" are used for the very first time
• Jupiter kills Hawk'sEye
• Helios protects Mamoru from the attack of some Lemures. Moon, Chibimoon and Jupiter arrive to the place

Act 38: "Fifth Dream: Venus' Dream"

• Helios explains to the group that he is the priest of Elysium, a sacred place inside the Earth. This four "bodies" (His, Mamoru's, Earth and Elysium" have beed cursed by Neherenia, a black rose is the symbol of this curse.
• Minako is unable to transform
• Xenotaim and Xeorait are introduced
• Both pose as a talent agency producers, Minako goes to the audition to investigate, everything turns out to be a trap, Mercury, Mars and Jupiter arrive but Xeorait attacks them. Minako falls from a very high tower but Artemis holds her hand; however PallaPalla smashes him with a rock.

Act 39: "Sixth Dream: The Dream of the new Senshi"

• Haruka-papa, Michiru-mama, and Setsuna-mama take care of Hotaru in a very nice house outside Tokyo.
• After the mysterious eclipse, Hotaru began to grow rapidly from a baby to a child.
• When Hotaru plays violin, strange images form and come to "life" (the Pegasus dying, and Chibiusa crying because of this).
• Haruka, Michiru, and Setsuna learn that both; Earth and Moon have been covered by shadows, but are unable to transform into Sailor Senshi.
• Hotaru is reawakened as Sailorsaturn by Saturn, then explains to their parents that the Princess and the Prince are in danger. Hotaru gives Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna the ability to transform again.
• Artemis transforms into a human, and gives Minako a heart crystal to transform, "Venus Crystal Power Make Up!" and "Venus Love and Beauty Shock" are used by Minako to transform and attack respectively.
• Xenotaim and Xeorait are killed by Venus
• The Sailor Senshi are trapped by the Amazoness Quartet
• Usagi also is cursed by Neherenia
• "Neptune Crystal Power Make Up!", "Uranus Crystal Power Make Up!", "Pluto Crystal Power Make Up!", and "Saturn Crystal Power Make Up!"are used for the first time, the Outer Senshi help Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus.
• Usagi, Chibiusa and Mamoru feel that the Outer Senshi are back, the 10 Sailor Senshi are now together.
• The Outer Senshi explain that darkness has taken over the Earth and the Moon
• Zirconia attacks Tuxedo Kamen and Sailormoon, transforming them into babies, Chibimoon and Saturn follow her into the Circus
• Helios appears and takes Usagi and Mamoru with him
• Saturn and Chibimoo battle the Amazoness Quartet, Saturn uses "Silence Glaive Surprise" and "Silence Wall".
• Saturn tries to explain to the Amazoness that they are only manipulated by the Dead Moon, Zirconia shows up and seals them inside their colored balls. Chibimoon and Saturn are also sealed away into mirrors.
• Zirconia gives Neherenia the Amazoness' balls and the mirrors.

Act 40: "Seventh Dream: Elysium's Dream"

• Thanks to Helios, Usagi and Mamoru get their bodies back, he has taken them to Elysium.
• The Menades are introduced, Helios explains that Elysium is the Golden Kingdom, the place Mamoru used to live in as Prince Endymion, and that the Golden Crystal is inside of him.
• Also Helios tells them that he had a vision where a woman told him about the "princess" and the golden crystal.
• Neherenia arrives and attacks Helios, he sends Usagi and Mamoru back to Earth
• A jungle has appeared all over the city, sofocating the group and the rest of the population.
• Helios uses all his power to proect Earth covering up everything with crystal, after this, he faints.
• Zirconia murders Sailormoon and Tuxedo Kamen

Act 41: "Eight Dream: Dead Moon's Dream"

• The rest of the Senshi start dying, then it is revealead that everything was an illusion.
• The Sailor Team attacks Zirconia, who escapes wounded to the Circus.
• Zirconia goes trough Neherenia's mirror and Sailormoon follows her, inside she meets Neherenia, who tries to seal her inside a mirror. Sailormoon manages to escape and feels the presence of Chibimoon and Saturn. Moon releases them, Saturn takes with her the Amazoness' balls.
• Jupiter breaks Neherenias mirror, damaging her. Moon, Chibimoon and Saturn escape from the mirror.
• The Circus disappears, but Tuxedo Kamen and Sailormoon know they have gone to Elysium.
• The group teleports to Elysium, and are welcome by the Menades.
• Neherenia shows up, Sailormoon attacks her with Moon Gorgeous Meditation, but the attack reflects in the mirror, taking them inside the Kaleidoscope
• Inside, the group sees a memory from the times of the Silver Millenium. The day Princess Serenity was born, Neherenia appeared and tried to expand her darkness, Queen Serenity stopped her and sealed her inside a Mirror. Neherenia cursed the Princess and the Silver Millenium, explaining that she'd die along with her kingdom.
• The Sailor Team says that it wasn't Neherenia's curse what finished the Silver Millenium, that it was destiny.
• Neherenia gets ahold of the Ginzuishou, but Sailormoon and Tuxedo Kamen join forces to get it back.
• The Senshi transform into Princess, Luna Artemis and Diana transform into humans and join the group in Elysium
• The guardians appear and tell the Senshi to gather their power in the Holy Grail
• The Holy Grail appears and changes its form.
• The Senshi's castles are mentioned; "Mariner", "Phobos Deimos", "Io", "Mazeran", "Miranda", "Triton", "Charon", and "Titan".
• Super Sailormoon transforms into Eternal Sailormoon

Act 42: "Ninth Dream: Earth and Moon's Dream"

• Eternal Sailormoon's rod, the "Eternal Tier" appears
• The Crystals of the Sailor Senshi appear. The Golden Crystal also comes out of Mamoru's body.
• The Senshi transform into SailorStar Senshi.
• Everyone's energy gathers in the Eternal Tier, "Starlight Honeymoon Theraphy Kiss" is used.
• In Earth, the crystal fades away and people start to wake up.
• Neherenia is sealed away once more, the eclipse starts to disappear.
• Chibimoon awakens Helios with a Kiss. Her crystal, the Pink Moon Crystal appears.
• Helios realizes that it was Chibiusa as Princess Lady Serenity who appeared on his vision.
• Helios gives Tuxedo Kamen a staff to place the Golden Crystal, Mamoru and Usagi transform into King Endymion and Neo Queen Serenity, using their powers, they destroy Neherenia and finish the eclipse.
• Saturn gives Neo Queen Serenity the Amazoness' balls, using the power of the Ginzuishou over them, the Amazoness are released.
• The Amazoness reveal their true identities as Sailorpallas, Sailorjuno, Sailorvesta and Sailorceres, Senshi protected by the asteroids.
• The Quartet explains that Neherenia found them while sleeping, and poisoned their minds, now is their time to go back to sleep waiting for the moment Chibimoon has to go on her own to protect her.
• The Asteroid Senshi disappear, Helios uses his Pegasus to guide everyone to surface, after this, he says goodbye to everyone.
• Peace has now returned once more... the group looks up at the sky, feeling their own stars glowing inside of them.
