Kariwa Henya, one of the JupponGatana, the most feared group out of the entire Ruruoni Kenshin series. Although Henya is weak and cheap himself(Beaten by Myojin Yahiko is when you know you're weak) he does has some impressive looking features about himself. The cloak is very stylish and the wings that sprout are equally impressive giving him that Batman type feel though he is based on the Freak from Spawn. Anyways, Henya is an enemy that uses science to his advantage. He uses extreme bursts of wind caused by the explosions that he creates with dynamite to help him get an initial boost for his flight capabilites. This is his persoanl gimmick which makes him a little cheap if you ask me, his technique is innonvative to say the least. However, there is nothing special about him considering the fact he was beaten by Yahiko imitating RyuTsuiSen.
It was stated in the Ruruoni Kenshin series that Chou was the weakest JupunGatana member but I believe Henya is the weakest member of the JupunGatana.
