PrPrincess Marldia, known as Marle to her friends, is the daughter of King Guardia XXXIII of the kingdom of Guardia. She is a headstrong girl, and somewhat of a tomboy. After her mother died, she and her father begin to grow apart. She became a rebellious child, and this rebelliousness led her into a quest to save the world. She snuck out of the castle one day to go to the Millenial Fair, and there met Crono. She made him accompony her through the fair, where they came to an interesting attraction- Lucca's telepod. She convinced Crono to let her try it out- and vanished. Crono immeadiatly followed her, and began a journey that would lead them both to confront their planet's ultimate adversary- Lavos.
The two settled down together and married, and lived peacefully for five years until the kingdom of Guardia was sacked by the armies of Porre. They barely escaped with their lives, and now have been stuck in the limbo of the End of Time for nearly a year. Marle would like nothing better to get out, and it seems she will get her wish. But is where she's going really any better than where they were, or are they about to face a menace much greater than they have ever faced before? |
