The life at the hot springs girls dorm is all quiet... Not with Keitaro Urashima around 6 lovely girls, Naru Narusegawa,Mitsune Konno,Kaolla Su,Shinobu Maehara,Motoko Aoyama, and Sara Mcdougle around to kick and punch there days and nights away.
Poor Keitaro could not pass his exam to get into Tokyo U and moved to his grandma's hot spring Apartments to help him study, but what he finds instead is a bunch of girls who don't like him, first there Naru who first got to meet Keitaro in the Hot spring all with nothing but a towel on, then Shinobu who would never smile so Keitaro decided to draw a picture of her smiling and intsead made her cry even more, so when Keitaro finds out that the Apartments are in fact a girls dorm he must go back to his parents house right? NOPE he gets to be there manager under the misunderstanding that he is a Tokyo U student (wich he is not) so whats a guy to do? with 6 beautiful females living under 1 roof? what eles lots and lots of house cleaning and misunderstandings, constently getting kicked by Kaolla Su and struck with Motoko's mighty sword, and getting punched by Naru everytime he does something wrong like seeing her naked or making poor little Shinobu cry, and why does he put up with all this pain and suffering? why eles he is trying to get into Tokyo U thats the only way he can stay there manager also haveing lovely ladies around don't hurt either, but the real reason he stays is his promise 15 years ago to his childhood friend that they would go to Tokyo U and live happy ever after, so Join Keitaro and his lovely female tenants in all the side spliting Comedy and Romance you can stand or eles Naru may just punch you.
