I Saw, Perhaps

I saw an image

Perhaps an illusion

Playing within my mind.

I saw something real

Perhaps a figment of my imagination

Playing within in my heart.

I saw that I was empty

Perhaps simply lost in love

Playing within my emotions.

I saw that I see nothing

Perhaps maybe it is everything

Playing within my eyes.

Perhaps I saw an illusion playing an image within my mind. . .

or perhaps not.
