Well guess what..nope.So far all the bolts that attach the fender to the firewall and door jamb arn't there.I think there is a listing on the sheet that came with them that says a certain type bolt goes there.But the ones in the bag are way to small.

I'm going to give OPG a call and ask how come it's called a "Complete" kit
