Happy go lucky and full of love for WWE, Eugene can be seen on Monday Night RAW waving to fans while wearing his trademark ring jacket inside out, with a note pinned to it saying “Hello my name is Eugene”. Indeed, the face of innocence and care-free fun, the mischievous, yet brilliant technician has won over fans worldwide with his inspiring story of overcoming the odds and becoming a RAW Superstar. However, it didn’t come easy for the loveable guy. Studying and mimicking WWE Superstars and Hall of Famers, Eugene became a virtual wrestling savant at a young age. Eager for that one shot at stardom and after several years of hope for that one opportunity, it happened. With Eugene’s Uncle Eric Bischoff’s reign as RAW General Manager in full swing, Bischoff granted Eugene a shot at being a RAW Superstar after his sister – Eugene’s mother - pressed him for the chance of a life time. Setting up scheme after scheme to crush Eugene’s dream, Bischoff found himself at a loss, with Eugene overcoming each and every hurdle to only endear himself to the fans and RAW Superstars. One RAW Superstar in particular, William Regal, was hand-picked by Eugene’s egomaniacal uncle to sabotage Eugene’s WWE career, only for the uppity Brit to side with Eugene after realizing his technical brilliance inside the ring. |
