How to install your own silly big truck IC

5: Fitment
Now that you have made the space, try putting it in there to see how it fits...

This is best acheaved with the car 1' off the ground (on jackstands) and using a floor jack under the IC. With guiding hands on top and another person jacking it up.
Once it is pretty much in the final possition, you can tie it in place with string or wire wile you work on the other stuff...

6: Brackets
This was the very last thing that I did, but this looks like a good place to put it.
This is also the part that requires the most inginuity.

You will need to attach this big ass thing to your car in one way or another.. I made some brackets out of mild steel and painted them... (see pictures) then bolted them onto some studs on top, and some taped holes on the bottom (of the radiator support)
Time will tell how it holds up...

7: IC pipe
You Need new pipes all the way from the turbo outlet to the 3000 pipe (or the TB)
In my opinion the best way to install this unit is with 2.5" aluminised light gauge steel (16 or 18 gauge), or aluminum pipe if you can find it..

The output of the CT-26 turbo is ~2" and the endtanks on the NPR IC are ~2.75" and so is the stock Throttle body...
So, you could run 2.5" from the turbo to the input of the IC (for Velocity) and 2.75" from the output of the IC to the TB (for Flow) eliminating the 3000 pipe.

In any case you will need flexible rubber hoses to conect the hardpipes to the tubo and IC,
(to dampen engine vibrations) the best are made from silicon expressly for this use.
If the above approch is taken you will need 1-2"->2.5" adapter, one 2.5"-2.75" adapter, and two 2.75" strait sections each about 4" long.

The routing of the pipes, and the number of bends etc is up to you.. I will link up as many examples as I can find...
There are many materials to make this out of and many ways to rout the pipe, each has its merits and drawbacks... you can make your own desition

8: Looks like your done...
Make shure all your hoses and parts are secure, and there are no leaks, make shure your brackets are holding the unit in tight, and it will not fall out on the road...
Then take your stock IC and sell it to some Civic guy, or better yet a 240sx turbo guy...(or girl),   Pick up all your tools, get the car off the jackstands, and go boost..

Enjoy, and please tell me anything you think I should add... or fix
I know, my spelling sucks.. but there is no spell check on this thing, and I can't cut and paste
