Yet again I saw this video from in the middle when I stopped a tape I was watching, I jumped up and down a bit when I realised what it was and I think I scared my grandma a bit, who was watching the video with me. This was the first time that I saw Andy apart from in the paper, and I was impressed. I watched Juice TV for four or five hours that night waiting to see it again, but no. Then two days later I saw it and taped it. Unfortunatley I nearly killed the song, I played it that much.
It doesn’t have a storyline like the other videos, it’s just a bunch of shots of the boys playing their instruments and singing. It’s set in a bunch of different rooms in older houses that were being moved. I’m very sad to say that the first time I showed my mum this video, she made no mention of how great the song was or how good the video was but ‘that’s a really cool kitchen that Nathan is in’ um hello? Were you watching the same video? There’s lots of lightning and stuff and the shots fade over each other so that when it goes in a circle each guy appears just before it gets to his spot and then disappears again.
All the boys look really good, especially Andy. Although I wonder why everyone else wore a T-shirt and Ben wore a long-sleeved velvet jacket? It might just be me, but the part where there’s all those shots of Nathan in the room with all of the lightbulbs doesn’t seem to fit in with the rest of the video; it’s a bit odd.
All in all, a great video!
