Tight leather pants, with an almost frilly Victorian shirt, tall collar flipped up, slightly rumpled, both blindingly white. Long black eyelashes complement the long silky jet-black hair. Valentine is very tall and gangly, with a very pale complexion and vivid green eyes.
Valentine is the essence of style, fashion and grace. He is also the essence of debauchery, violence and drugs. He knows everyone and everything is the Seattle high society, and loves it. He owns a fast car, knows loose woman and even has a drug dispenser on his belt.

Valentine got started many years ago as the son of a very wealthy evangelist. All of his fondest early memories are of him and his father touring through countries, picking up as many followers (and drugs) as possible. This all, however, came to an end when his father died a tragic death. The heart attack (happens to the best of us at 32) left poor Valentine out on the street, alone, and with several million nuyen.
Valentine, never one to let morning get in the way of a good hit, quickly consolidated his fortune and set up shop in the friendliest city in the world, Seattle. Since this he has carefully been going through his father's money, always looking for the ultimate high. In addition to this, he has moved into a glitzy high rise, and has also had time to father a daughter, Mary Wolf, who is currently 13, goes to Green Rose Private, and lives on the floor below the apartment.
The apartment he lives in his a tribute to his decadent life. The foyer is a testful late 21st century home entryway, complete with family photos on the wall and a coat rack to the right of the door. This only has one exit, straight into the deco-roman bath with hand carved white tiling and tall columns leading high up to the vaulted ceiling, where upon some hapless painter has been forced to paint a great orgy of the roman gods. "Like the Sistine chapel, only a little different." Lining the walls are various Japanese and Chinese wall scrolls, with scenes from those two countries pasts. In the middle of the great room is a huge steaming bath (the rest of the room is prevented from fogging up through ingenious ventilation), always stocked, of course, with the prettiest of women. Both left and right walls, as you enter, are complete glass, and allow a breathtaking scene over downtown Seattle. In the back is an extremely well stocked black leather and solid oak bar. A small almost hidden doorway near the bar leads to the other rooms: the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, in addition to gaming rooms, and recovery rooms. All manned by the prettiest of serving girls.
