Redid the front page in case you didn't notice. I needed something
lighter for spring.

A guy came to spray for spiders. He said the last guy that
sprayed my place was fired yesterday for not doing his job. Well,
that explains why a 3 month treatment only lasted about a month.
I showed him the dead spiders and he confirmed what I already
knew, that they were fiddlebacks.
It wasn't until he left that I noticed that I had my Wonderbra
hanging on a knob of my dresser.

Mom calls me this morning around 7am, I was still in bed.
She's obscenely cheerful and asks me if I knew what day it was.
My mind is trying hard to remember something, anything, was she
supposed to come up, was I supposed to go home, a birthday, anniversary,
good show on tv, what?
"It's Friday!!!!"
oh.
Then she says that on Monday she started a new schedule at
work. Ten hour days, four days a week, and she gets Friday off.
And she wanted to share her joy with me. My brother is on the
Atlantic Coast or she would have called him. But since he works
nights and comes home and goes to bed at 7a, he probably would
have hung up on her just to escape her giggling. I love my Mom.

Finished the quilt I'm making for her. So went out to buy
batting this evening. They didn't have any twin size batt. The
quilt is just as big as the top of my full size mattress. It
will be more of a lap quilt or something to cover up with when
dad decides he's too hot and kicks mom's covers off. So tomorrow
I'll check a few other stores then drop it off to be quilted.

to put much thought into it. I'll figure it out later, sorry
