Epals http://www.epals.com/-This is a great site to find other classrooms around the world that your class can communicate with and collaborate on projects.  By clicking on "Find Classrooms" in the sidebar, you can specify the location and age of the class you would like to communicate with.  You can also type in the language you would like to use in your correspondence.

NASA Quest http://quest.arc.nasa.gov/-NASA Quest has an interactive site for students that allows a class to be invovled in live Webcasts, as long as RealPlayer is installed.  The participants communicate with each other through a chat room.
