Primetime League Rules and Regulations

 

All members of the Primetime League will abide by the league rules and regulations.  All members of the Primetime League will put any and all rule changes to a majority vote.  If for any reason a majority vote cannot be reached, the Commissioner shall make the final decision.  The Commissioner shall resolve any disputes between members that cannot be resolved, and the decision shall be final.  Any motions concerning rule changes can be brought up at Draft Day and can either be put to a vote or discussed for future voting.

 

The regular season is 17 weeks.

 

The league fees are $40.  Due by the fourth week of the season.

 

At the end of the season the first, second, third, second to last and last place winners shall be determined and announced.  The winners are determined by win\loss record.

 

In case of ties, the most points scored for the season shall determine the winner.

 

The prize awards are as follows:    1st place = $200

                                    2nd place = $100

                                    3rd place = $80

                                    Second to last place = Waiver of next season's league fees.

                                    Last place = A special prize.

 

Draft Day

 

The draft will be held two weeks prior the start of regular NFL season.

 

The draft order will be announced prior to or on the day of the draft.

 

The full roster is broken down as follows:      Quarterbacks      - 2

                                                Running Back      - 4

                                                Wide Receivers    - 4

                                                Tight Ends        - 2

                                                Defensive Teams   - 2

                       

 

TRADES

 

After the draft, trading for players from the available pool, shall begin the third week of the season and be limited to two players per week.

 

Trades between teams shall begin the fourth week of the season and be limited to two players per week.

 

In case of two or more teams wishing to draft a player, the Commissioner shall hold a lottery to determine which team is awarded the rights to draft that player.  

 

The Commissioner shall monitor all trades.

 

All trades shall end 2 weeks prior to the end of the season or Week 15 of the regular NFL season.

 

 

 

The deadline for all trade requests into the league office will be 6:00 PM on Thursday of each week.  The results will posted on Friday morning on the League homepage.

 

 

 

 

 

Starting Line-ups

 

Starting line-ups are due each week on Fridays by 12:00 PM, unless there is a Thursday night game, then the line-ups are due by 12:00 PM on the day of the game.  Starting line-ups will be posted on the League homepage on Saturday morning. 

 

For those Owners that do not submit a starting line-up by the deadline, shall use the previous weeks starting line-up.  The Commissioner shall make changes to the line-up to compensate for any injuries.  The Commissioner shall choose the next productive player for that position for that Owner's starting line-up.

 

 

 

The starting line-up will consist of the following:

     

1  Quarterback

2  Running Backs

2  Wide Receivers

1  Tightend

1  Kicker

1        Defensive Team
