Showed Donald and Cheral Ricketts home on July 7th,2001. they called back on Sunday and Said they would take it at $1000.00 down and $500.00 a month. Called Les and they will meet us Monday July 9th at 4:00 at the house. They came with at Discover check for $1500.00 from her mother that couldn't be cashed for 10 business days. Les accepted a personal check from her for $100.00

Closed house deal with Donald and Cheryal Ricketts on 615 W. Elm Boonville on August 4th 2001 at Evansville Teachers Credit Union. Les Gave the $100.00 Check Back to the Ricketts.


Went to Patti Redmans house checked the Freezer. Sat 8/4/01. Looks like it needs a Defrost Timer. Checked the Timer and the Heater leads and the timer seemed to be the most unreliable.

Looked at a house in Chanler at 136 N Kentucky for $16,500. Had already been sold. Julie Roberts called Les on it. Looked at it on July 31, 2001. Julie Called on Friday August 3rd said she had a house at 704 S 5th in Boonville. $25,900. Old 1 1/2 story needs about $6,000 in repairs. Told Les about it on Saturday August 4th.
