The last two candy-gardens appear in (163a), again being carried by members of the Arsenal corps. In (163a) we see more examples of the skill of the palace’s confectioners: various kinds of birds, a lion, a leopard, a ram, and a pair of deer all of which have been fashioned from sugar.
