Saviour! The Rebirth

Raven dived into the burning house, placing his arms underneath Dark Child he raised him up lifting his body from the beam impailed through him.

As he emerged from the burning house with the limp, mangled body of his friend in his arms, the chreaking building collapsed.

He lay his friend on the floor and proceeded to revive him, but to no avial. Dark Child's injuries were to severe for any attempts to be successful.

With one hand on Dark Child's chest and the other on his fore-head, he began to weep. He knew he was the only one who could save him, but no one, including himself, knew how.

Raven has physically given up, but his heart and mind screamed for him to awaken.

As his emotions got the better of him, Raven felt a surge of pure energy race through his body and into Dark Child. Raven shocked and frieghtened pulled away.

Raven could not believe what he was seeing, Dark Child's chest began to rise and fall with each breath.

His eyes now open and fixed on Raven, calling for him. Quickly he moved to Dark Child and once more placed his hands over him.

As together the repaired Dark Childs internal damage, yet neither really believed what was happening.

And so the ravenous one saved the promised one.
The lives now intertwined by death and life.
Dark Child promising he would be there whenever his saviour needed him.
