500g(1lb) minced lamb 1 medium onion pinch of ground nutmeg 2 tsp cream horseraddish sauce grated ring of 1 lemon salt and pepper 2 large eggs hard boiled 2 tablesps of low fat mayo 1 tablespn freshley chopped parsley |
1Blend the mince with the nutmeg,onion,horseradish and lemon rind.......divide mixture into 4 2 shell and mash the eggs blend with the mayo,parsley and seasoning 3 Divide each piece of mince into half and fatten into a burger. Place a quarter of the egg mix onto eachcover with the other half and mold together to make 4 burgers 4 Cook under a pre heated grill for about 10 mins each side or until cooked through 5 serve in large burger rolls with sald and a little whole grain mustard |
