large can pink salmon 150g(5oz) pasta 2 tsps oil 75g(3oz) skiced mushrooms finely chopped onion 150g(5oz) mixed peppers 2tsps dried herbs can chopped tomatoes salt and pepper packet of cheese sauce mix 150ml semi-skimmed milk topping...... 15g breadcrumbs 50g(2oz) low fat cheese grated chopped parsley |
1drain the salmon break into bite size pieces remove bones 2 cook pasta and drain 3 heat oil in a frying pan cook onions and mushrooms until onions are transparent 4 place pasta onions peppers tomatoes salmon herbs toss and season 5 cook cheese sauce mix as to packet instuctions using the milk when thick poor over salmon 6 sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs over the top bake for 25 mins or until golden brown gas mark 5 7 decorate with parsley |
