large  can pink salmon
150g(5oz) pasta
2 tsps oil
75g(3oz) skiced mushrooms
finely chopped onion
150g(5oz) mixed peppers
2tsps dried herbs
can chopped tomatoes
salt and pepper
packet of cheese sauce mix
150ml semi-skimmed milk

topping......
15g breadcrumbs
50g(2oz) low fat cheese grated
chopped parsley
1drain the salmon break into bite size pieces remove bones
2 cook pasta and drain

3 heat oil in a frying pan cook onions and mushrooms until onions are transparent


4 place pasta onions peppers tomatoes salmon herbs toss and season

5 cook cheese sauce mix as to packet instuctions using the milk when thick poor over salmon

sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs over the top bake for 25 mins or until golden brown gas mark 5

7 decorate with parsley
