All the center is planned according to Vastu and Feng Shui principles. Great importance and care is given to privacy and a quiet, healthy and spiritually inspiring environment, both in the Village residential complex and in the protected beach area. Pollution of any kind (including noise pollution) is carefully avoided. The Village will have a number of ecofriendly cottages, built and furnished in ethnic style, with healthy materials and techniques, screens against insects and other unwanted animals, and solar energy installations. Each cottage has a private garden and veranda, two rooms and an International style bathroom with facilities for different therapies (including hydrotherapy). Guests can have their meals or drinks served in their room, get massage and/or beauty and/or therapies, laundry service, fax, email and business services, telephone, satellite TV etc. An elegant and comfortable first class restaurant and buffet with International vegetarian and vegan cuisine will cater to the nutritional and taste needs of guests and members. Foods are locally and organically grown in a wide variety of indigenous and foreign species. For patients undergoing special treatment, a special card file will keep the waiters informed about the patients' needs or restrictions if any, but everyone will have ample choice for table service, buffet and room service. Raw foods and salad bar, juice bar, herbal teas, ethnic cooking (local specialties and world recipes from Italian to Japanese), natural fast food counter and sweets counter are some features. Foods will be served in plates, cups and containers made of natural biodegradable disposable materials, perfectly hygienic under all respects.
