Gone From Our Sight,
But Never From Our Memories
In Loving Memory Of
Gary Eugene Kistler
July 7, 1939 - July 1, 1970
Gary is my husband's brother and was a
CF Transport Operator, based at Columbus,
Ohio. On May 5th, 1970, he was shot in an act
of violence relating to a labor dispute while
driving his truck in Illinois. He passed away
almost two months later in a St Louis hospital.
He served in the Army Reserves

To the living I am gone, to the sorrowful
I will never return.

To the angry, I was cheated, but to the
happy, I am at peace.

And to the faithful, I have never left.

I can not be seen, but I can be heard.

Remember me in your hearts and thoughts,
and in the memories of the times we loved, and in the
times we cried and the times we laughed.

For if you always think of me, I will have never gone.

To his daughters who have just recently come
back into contact with the family, we just want
you to know how much it means that we all
have found each other once again and we look
forward to not only sharing many, many memories,
but to continue to make family memories to
last us all a lifetime.......
Your our true living link to our brother
