Unicycle Science
Key Words:
Torque - a force that produces or tends to produce rotation or torsion; a measure of the effectiveness of such a force that consists of the product of the force and the perpindicular distance from the line of action of the force to the axis of rotation.  Torque (your feet pushing on the pedals) gets the pedals moving.           Torque = (force)(lever arm)
Center of Gravity, Center of Mass - the point at which the entire weight of a body may be considered as concentrated so that if supported at this point the body would remain in equilibrium in any position.  Center of gravity on the unicycle is right over the center pole, straight back with most of body in a straight line over the axis of the wheel.
Angular Velocity - the rate of rotation around an axis usually expressed in radians or revolutions per second or per minute.

Angular Velocity = angular displacement / time length
Angular Acceleration - the rate of change per unit time of angular velocity, change in the angular speed from the wheel.
Angular Acceleration = change in angular speed / time length
