Bamboo mat (Preferrably more than one)

Plastic foil ( for sushi rolled inside out)

For cutting the fish and other ingredients you need:

Cutting board

(a) sharp knive(s)

For preparing the rice you need:

a large wooden/glass bowl

a wooden spoon

 

For making stock (dashi) you need:

a cotton cloth

a sieve

For making "hako-zushi" you need:

a wooden sushi press

For making omelets you need:

A square omelet pan
