Attn.: you do not need much, wasabi is very hot!!- Sushi can be eated with chop-sticks as well as with your hands. If you choose the latter, make sure you have napkins at hand.- Drinks that combine well with sushi are: Japanese tea, sake, beer and wine.- Some soups combine very well with sushi.
- Wipe away drops of water and grains of rice form the serving-dish.If that's not possible, use other nice-looking serving-dishes. Black serving-dishes are excellent, the colour of the sushi contrasts well with the black of the dish.
- Put different kinds of sushi together on one serving-dish. For example, combine "nigiri-zushi" and slices of sushi-rolls.- Serve the sushi at real Japanese serving-dishes.Sushi should not just taste good, but also look good.
