The animals of the forest were very excited. They knew that it was time for Santa and Jingles to come for their annual visit.
They had worked very hard decorating the tree and planning a very nice party.
Soon....
Rabbit heard it first, then Squirrel. The deer stopped grazing, and looked up to listen too.
It was the sound of music, bells and laughter coming from the direction of Santa's workshop at the North Pole.
Into the clearing came Santa on Misha 
; then came Olga, carrying brightly wrapped gifts 
; and last but not least was Jingles riding on the back of Bruin 
.
They made a wonderful parade.
Santa stopped by the tree in the center of the forest clearing and all the animals gathered around.
He spoke to each of the animals and gave each and every one of them a gift.
The animals all thanked Santa and they had a party with lots of music and good food to eat. Everyone had a wonderful time
