NATIONAL CHAPTER

Purposes:
  I.  Set general policies and procedures for all chapters (to include amendments).
 II.  Prepare master calendar of events.
III.  Maintain good communication lines with all chapters.
 IV.  Central location/public relations for sorority
  V.  Maintain official archive of sorority documentation, information, etc.
 VI.  Oversee that policies, procedure (duties) and the constitution are properly being followed.
VII.  Organize an annual conference for all members.

National Board
* All positions are elected positions by all members (proxy/absentee ballots included) 
* General Elections will be held at annual National Board Retreat
* In order to be elected to a position you must have been a member for at least one year.
* In order to run for a position:
 - an alumnus must be a paid member of an Alumni Association 
 - an active/inactive member must be in good standing
* Once elected, board members must have an email account 
* Board will meet quarterly

Responsible for running meetings
Oversee the running/operation of National Board

Vice Chair

Keep track of probation status
Responsible for disciplinary actions/procedures

Take over all chair's duties if necessary

Secretary

Keep minutes of all National Board meetings

Treasurer

Responsible for fund-raisers
Responsible for collecting dues from chapters
Scholarships

Parliamentarian (By-Laws Committee Chair)

Make interpretation/clarification of constitution and/or amendments
Responsible for new amendments/issues
Assist in maintaining order at meetings
Responsible for keeping attendance

Pledging Representative
