Benefits Package

This was a project I worked on in Grad School. To gather the information, I wrote a survey and had co-workers fill it out as if it were for our company. I have the survey and the results available but have not put it online yet.

		This is the initial login screen. Very simple. User types username and password and clicks Enter.
		Once the user has logged in, they have 4 choices: Personal Info and Benefits, Company Directory, Company Guide (Employee Handbook), and Open Enrollment. There is also a button in the top left corner labeled "Tell Me More" which is the Help and FAQ.
