26th August (Diary according to Daniel Hiles)

Up at 9am to show guys around city, did highlights and Vondelpark but not really the same meaning for them, and through red light district and centre. Went to Heineken brewery-Brilliant!! 3 free beers and free glass for 11 g's (£3.50). Had lunch in park then back to town, first sign of rain since we arrived (nice one boys!), chilled I bar before going back to hostel, showered, changed and phoned hostel in Berlin but got in straight away. Went out for pizza and then into town and enjoyed the Amsterdam Atmosphere whilst drinking a few beers.
