28th August (Diary according to Daniel Hiles)

Had lie-in (ish) ended up leaving hostel at 11:30 after 1st ever experience of muesli!, weather looking menacing and cold wind. Went across town to the Zoo station and wandered around the posh shops etc, had pasta lunch, then met at 2:15 for 'insider' walking tour. Supposedly 3-3 ½ hours actually was 5 hours! But we're getting used to this walking mullarky now. Tour was brilliant, woman seemed to know everything about Berlin, saw all major sights and had history lesson (realised how little I knew from school history lessons). Really starting to like Berlin. Cold/tired after walk so stopped at restaurant and had lasagne. With last energy we went back to hostel to warm up and change, went out to different bars but still in Prenzlauer Berg.
