As our projects are increasingly assuming an international dimension, SHD has found it imperative and attractive to expand its business operations across the borders of California and the USA. We are currently negotiating business contracts in Texas (Houston ), Utah, Oakland, Memphis and Blythe. Other SHD ventures include international development of Commercial, Residential and various mixed-use projects in South Africa, the Middle East and Dalian, China.
