September 2001 Summary

Star bird of the month, and possibly the year, went to a juvenile Pectoral Sandpiper, present for just over a week at the start of the month. This was followed by a juvenile Mediterranean Gull. Other good birds included two Ruff and a couple of Little Stints.  Passage Hobbies were also noted. All in all a fairly productive month.
