May 2002 Summary

May continued in the same vain as April. With some superb birds being seen at the reservoir. Highlights included a fly-over Red Kite and possible Rough-legged Buzzard. Other good birds included a Brent Goose present for a single day near the end of the month, and three fly-over Whimbrel. A really good spring this year, which is a good job, as the summer months tend to be very quiet!
