August 2003 Summary

Another busy and eventful month at the reservoir with a whole host of quality birds being seen. The pick of the bunch being a handful of Whinchats, a single Oystercatcher and a long staying Spotted Redshank. A Yellow-legged Gull was again present and a "wreck" of 22 Common Terns was unexpected!
