Personality: Beneath that tough, serious persona, Kazuhiko is really caring, though he seldom shows it. When he's not nice, he's blunt and unapproachable, which doesn't make him a social type of guy. In a way, he's like a less-sad version of Suu.

Status: Co-main character
Story: As a former military officer, Kazuhiko is trusted with bringing Suu to Fairy Park. He takes care of Suu throughout Clover. Although he is Suu's caretaker, he doesn't seem to have much of an idea of the Clover Project (read Volume 2).
Spoilers: He was Oruha's lover. He's also been court-martialed 6 times.
