Can I have your Happiness?

AUTHOR NOTE:At first, this was only a 10-lined, free-style poem, but when typing it up, my brain began to function, and I finally added some more lines to it.
Unlucky
by JadeDragoNight

I can never be happy
I will never own happiness
Because deep within my soul,
I know that being a four-leaf clover,
Doesn't always grant luck.
In my case,
Being lonely and unpleasant
Is the price to pay
For power....
Is that fair?
To sacrifice my happiness?
Just for something so destructive?
For something that kills?
For something that creates fate,
Rather than chooses their own?
Is that right?
Is it right to strip me of life?
Oh, Kou, do you know?
How could you know?
You were the one who took my life
Took my companionship
So how would you know of what I'm saying?
How would you know real pain?
No, not the pain caused from an experiment
No, that's not real pain.
Real pain is when you suffer from inside
Where you wish to die
But it's worthless

You're already dead
You die on the inside faster than outside
